How to Set Up 2FA on Etsy
Log In and Access Account Settings:Go to the Etsy homepage and log in. In the top-right corner, click on your profile picture, then select your profile name from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Security Settings:On the Account Settings page, go to the Security tab.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication:Click the Turn on 2FA button.
Select the Authenticator App Option:Choose Authenticator App as your 2FA method and click Continue.
Scan the QR Code:Open your Authenticator app for Etsy on your phone. Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner and scan the QR code displayed on your Etsy screen.
Enter the Generated Code:The Authenticator app will create a 6-digit code for Etsy. Enter this code on the Etsy website before it expires.
